Manager
Lorraine brings over 26 years of experience in dental practice management and patient care. She spent over two decades helping lead a successful oral surgery practice in Las Vegas. In 2025 she united forces with Dr Swenson to help establish Swenson Periodontics and Implant Dentistry with a focus and passion for exceptional patient service and team development. As Office Manager, Lorraine is committed to ensuring every patient feels welcomed, informed, and cared for while helping create a positive and supportive office environment. Outside of the office, Lorraine enjoys cheering on the Vegas Golden Knights (Go Knights Go!), and spending quality time with family and friends.
Ivette
Patient Care Coordinator
Ivette is a Las Vegas native who recently joined the dental field and has quickly developed a passion for learning all aspects of patient care and dentistry. As a bilingual Patient Care Coordinator, she helps patients feel comfortable and supported while assisting with a variety of front office responsibilities. Her friendly personality and dedication to service ensure every patient receives a warm welcome from the moment they arrive. Ivette is committed to creating a positive experience for each patient and helping them navigate their care with confidence. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling with her family, trying new restaurants, exploring the outdoors, and reading.
Audrey
Benefits Analyst
Audrey was born in the Philippines, raised in Japan and Washington State, and has called Las Vegas home since beginning her dental career in 2002. With nearly 15 years of experience working in both corporate and private dental practices, she brings extensive knowledge of insurance billing and patient benefits to her role as Benefits Analyst. Audrey is passionate about helping patients understand their insurance coverage, navigate the complexities of dental billing, and maximize their benefits. Her compassionate approach and commitment to exceptional service help create a smooth, stress-free experience for every patient. Outside the office, Audrey enjoys spending time with her husband of 18 years, their two children, and exploring great food around Las Vegas.
Sylvia
Lead Assistant
Sylvia Velazquez is a Lead Surgical Assistant with nine years of experience in oral surgery, now bringing her expertise to periodontics. What sets Sylvia apart is her gift for making patients feel comfortable — even in a setting that can feel a little scary. To her, taking care of the person matters just as much as the procedure itself.
When she’s not at work, Sylvia loves spending quality time with her family and is always up for trying something new.
Saul
Assistant
Saul grew up in Bakersfield, California, and has worked in the dental field for more than seven years. He is passionate about dentistry and has developed exceptional skills in digital dentistry, implant surgery, and anesthesia through advanced training in hospital settings. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to patient care, Saul helps create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient.
Outside of the office, he enjoys music, musical theater, live performances, hiking, and spending time exploring the outdoors.
Zoe
Assistant
Having grown up around dental practices and patient care from an early age. In the afternoons, Zoe works alongside Dr. Swenson as a dental assistant, where her positive attitude, gentle nature, and attention to detail help create a comfortable experience for patients.
She enjoys learning new skills, supporting the clinical team, and being part of a practice dedicated to exceptional patient care. She is currently pursuing her education in cosmetology, where she enjoys expressing her creativity and developing her artistic talents.
Outside of the office, Zoe loves attending concerts, collecting all things Pokémon, spending time with her longtime boyfriend and family, and spoiling her two beloved feline

Aimee
Business Operations Manager
Aimee has been part of the dental field on and off since 2011, following her graduation from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science and a minor in Business Management. She started her dental career at the front desk and has enjoyed the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a practice running smoothly, while still enjoying pitching in wherever needed around the office.
Outside of work life, Aimee is a mom of three who loves being outdoors—whether that’s exploring the mountains or beaches, biking, or running. She’ll be the first to admit she’d rather head out on an adventure than stay home to tackle a sink full of dishes.
